With over 20 years of experience working with children, these sessions are created to support the emotional wellbeing, confidence, and inner calm of children and teenagers in a gentle and nurturing environment.
Each session combines mindfulness, breathwork, sound healing, movement, music, singing, affirmations, imagination, and creative activities designed to help children relax, express themselves, and feel more balanced.
