About the event
Arrival: Doors open at 6.45 PM to give you time to settle in and grab a warm cup of tea. Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.00 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.

What to Bring
Yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for comfort - please be aware that during Sound Bath you will be lying on the floor and during winter additional blanket to place on the mat can be a great add to stay warm.
